Eric was awesome!! He really went above and beyond. He welcomed my 2 year old son with a hot wheels matchbox car. When my car needed unexpected repairs he communicated clearly and helped my navigate the repairs and pricing for everything. He was super helpful getting me a loaner and responded to my many questions in a timely manner. Definitely, the best service I have received to date. Keep him around! Thank you, Eric!!

Very satisfied with the service. My problem was a water leak when it rained. Water would discharge through the latch in the tailgate. I had it back for repairs 4 times with same results. It still leaked. You service tech found the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. In all honesty I won’t have final results until it rains and I lift the tailgate as I did with the other 4 times. So far I have been extremely happy with your Company. I have no reason to think that the problem wasn’t resolved. It is still early in the process. No rain. Stay tuned for further news. Honda makes a good product. Bought a new Accord in the mid 80’s while I was still working. Nice story with that one. You asked me what time it was ,I built you a clock. Bob Poerstel

Aside from some phone issues, I was completely satisfied with the service (Fuel Pump Saf Recall for my 2018 Odyssey.
Caleb did well, however the free oil change wasn't explained like the way it went when I bought the car.
