We have both our CRV and our Pilot serviced there. Eric is a very professional and personable liaison between us and the service department. Eric is the best service manager we’ve worked with. We have a high level of trust in the service we receive at Fred Anderson Honda.

Please make sure you have the parts for a customers appointment. I arrived last week on time for my brake repair. Waited 2 hours just to find out you didn’t have the parts. That is completely unacceptable. I took time off from work to have this work done. Then to scramble and find some way to get the services completed and not miss more work was extremely difficult. Although Mariah was extremely nice, lets do our due diligence next time to prevent an unnecessary delay in services.

Matthew was awesome to work with! This was my first time getting my new Pilot serviced at Fred Anderson Honda, and it was a great experience all around. Manager made things right, but AJ was horrible to deal with. Rude, unprofessional, uncaring. Grateful that manager fixed the issues, but I won’t come back if I have to deal with AJ. Go back and listen to our call, which you said was recorded
