I was very happy with the service I received yesterday. Lance was very pleasant in our conversations and told me exactly what they were doing to my car. He said it would take an hour and it did. He said that there were a couple of things they would look at when I brought the car back in for its next scheduled check up. I had a very good experience.

Had a couple issues but nevertheless Caleb was great. This was my first time working with him and he was training someone. I could tell he was swamped but he still did a great job, was very friendly and helpful, and fed handled all of the clients well! Thank you!

Mariah Gerken was very professional, she greeted me with Good morning and a smile. The new waiting area is amazing. Haven’t been there since the remodel of the facility. The area was clean and the coffee was great. My car wasn’t wash, I was under the impression that with every service a carwash was given. I didn’t say I wanted a carwash, and I wasn’t asked if I did. Next visit I will ask about a carwash. Overall the service was great!!!

Service advisor Caleb is very supportive and helping me figure out the issue. The reason for me saying not satisfied is that this is second time I gave in my car for this issue but its still not fixed and the technicians are not able to find a issue.

Service was great, AJ very thorough. I’m still trying to get use to the new ways of videos, texts, etc! Trusting that I made correct decision to do repairs. Don’t quite understand why filters can’t be covered when vehicle is in for other repairs, a tiny cost to dealership…but. I was surprised though that my windshield wasn’t cleaned off, as I had encountered some bird ‘stuff’ in route to dealership. A testimony perhaps that Honda still hasn’t perfected windshield wipers and wiper fluid efficiency! Thanks again.

Brian was wonderful. He answered my questions, & gave advice showing me a great deal of respect. I’m a widow, & it’s so nice to be treated so well especially when I know so very little about cars.
