Alexander was very professional by asking if I had any concerns with my car. What really stood out is he did not try to pressure me to get the suggested repairs done. I love the way I left not feeling obligated to take care of those other things. Yes they are important but I just didn’t have the time or energy to try to explain why I was not fixing them today. Thanks Alexander! I will be back to fix the other things on another day.

It’s sad to say that it’s always a surprise when you’re well cared for .. because it rarely is seen these days! Eric was wonderful is very way! He was so pleasant, kind, and took the extra effort to go the extra mile! I would be pleased to return at any time for car service because of him! Thank you!

The service took 3 hours. I was not expecting such a long wait as my previous visits have been so quick. This was only an oil change and tire rotation so I figured an hour or an hour and a half. I wish I had been told how long I would have to wait for the additional services. I don’t mind the wait. I just need to know what to expect. Thanks.

Theodore Davis was rude & unprofessional in comments he made as a service advisor. I come to get my oil changed as I had a coupon for $69.95. I am well aware of what my vehicle needs. Theodore not knowing I have an appointment for tires already decided to make a very distasteful comment. After I presented my coupon, which he seemed annoyed to even redeem, he stated “You saved $10, you’re going to need it for a tow if you don’t get new tires.” In the future I would recommend that Theodore be careful about making financial comments especially in today’s economic climate! Very distasteful & unprofessional. Theodore should be mindful that he is unaware of what customers go through & also of HOW he responds to customers. Truly a bad taste was left in my mouth. Service advisors with Breakaway were never so unkind to their customers.
