I was charged $153.00 to change fluid in the rear differential in my 2025 pilot. I have owned 6 new pilots and today is the first time that this has been mentioned about the fluid. If I had known about this up front, I would not have purchased the maintenance plan, if it doesn’t cover maintenance at 8,000 miles. I feel that this is just another way for the dealership and Honda Motors to take advantage of their customers
I was also furnished a video of the service performed on my pilot, but for some reason, it didn’t show or mention changing the oil in the differential, so I am not completely convinced that that service was completed

I had vibrations on the breaks from the day that I bought it but because it never showed on the dashboard and records shows that repairs was done on the breaks before I bought it, I thought it would regulate itself but it didn’t so I mentioned it during my first service but I was surprised when I was told that the service center at the dealership said they could not pull up my file to view my warranty. Secondly, I received a code for promo when I booked for my service on line to present it at the service centre but I was told that the same code was not applicable to me.
