My experience was astounding. Noah Wilson treated me with kindness, professionalism. He made sure that everything was satisfactory 100%! I’ve being doing business with Honda for 22 years and have experienced many salesmen and servicemen and I can tell you that I felt appreciated by Noah. Not only did he get me signed quickly, he made sure my rental was what I needed. Couldn’t ask for better service from such a kind young man!

The young man that checked me in was super. He was not Caleb, but someone who was in training. I checked in with approximately 103,000 miles. He received help from the female that sits next to Caleb’s desk and she informed me that if I don’t get the one hundred mile service my family plan will be canceled. I could get this done another day due to having a sheet that was given to me on a previous visit which stated the the service is due at l105,000. She stated it’s not when the paper tells you that it’s due it’s when your car tells you it’s due. I definitely could have made time to bring my car back but she said that my family plan is no longer valid due to not being able to get the $1100 service that day. I only had time for an oil change. Dentist appointment was at 1. This place is not willing to schedule a future appointment before kicking me off the family plan is ridiculous.
