I also really appreciate all of the different waiting areas. I was told there was a room for my children but we sat outside on the patio and it was perfect. The coffee is always good too.
Matthew was amazing. From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. He quickly let me know about a recall on my vehicle and provided a temporary solution to take care of it while I continued my day. His communication and attentiveness made a usually annoying process, a lot less stressful. Great service!

Caleb was absolutely great. He offered me 10% off my services because I didn’t have my coupon when I checked out but found it later for 20% off recommended services. I called back the next day (today) and the district manager said that I could not apply it per another sales person because Caleb is on vacation today. I understand that the coupon is suppose to be present when the purchase is made. But, I just spent over a $1000 dollars for tires at this dealership a couple of weeks ago and another $933.06 today for updates this dealership recommended, but the district manager is not willing to give me an additional 10% to honor the coupon. So, over $2000 spent at a location that doesn’t value a sale or repeat service. I have been at break away honda for years and now Fred Anderson. Is this how you treat your returning customers? The coupon stated “Thank you for being a loyal customer”. I need my air conditioning worked on as well. Would you return? If you agree, I would like to hear from a representative at Fred Anderson. Please call me at +****-****-xxxx. Currently, the salesman is trying to find another manager to give me the credit, but the district manager is over all of them. I hope this reach corporate. If not, I do plan to send my comments.
