Noah is such a pleasure to work with helping me with answers to my questions. He is also an amazing upseller. I came in for an oil change and to get my passenger mirror replaced and ended up adding a brake fluid change and 4 tire replacement with Michelin tires and alignment. He contacted me throughout the vehicle repair process which was helpful. You are lucky to have him as an employee. I am a CFO and a CPA so I know a great employee when I am around one.
This was my first experience with Fred Anderson Honda, Saturday afternoon, 95 plus degrees out. We are visiting Greenville the battery in our 2021 Pilot, we are looking for an Advanced Auto and see the Honda Dealership. Very pleased the service is still open, Nick was our service tech, very welcoming, diagnosed the issue, sold the battery, less than an hour later we were on our way. We are buying a house in Greenville and will become a Fred Anderson Honda customer and will ask for Nick!
