This was the 2nd time I’ve had Theodore as an advisor. I think he performs his job at an exemplary level. I feel he is trustworthy and knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations and recommendations.

Very frustrated that our ‘21 CRV had the same power steering issues that the ‘22 CRV was recalled for and other ‘21 CRV’s have had issues with. Both years should be under recall, was a very costly fix for a less than 4 year old car with only 31,000 miles on it (warranty just expired). They gave us a slight discount but it wasn’t enough to keep our business. We have had Hondas for years but will likely not purchase another after this experience.

Mariah did a disservice to me while visiting Fred Anderson Honda. I had a scheduled appointment for 9 AM June 18, 2025. When I drop my car off, I was informed that I should be completed with my service by lunchtime noon. She instructed me that I could call her cell phone number and also text her due to the voicemail not working. I did just that text twice and I called several times but no return phone call or text message from Mariah. I even included my name and making a model and year of the vehicle that was being repaired in her text messages. She stated that she thought I was a different customer, but I do not understand how she would think that if the correct information was left in her text message.As of 230 that afternoon I decided to come back to Fred Anderson Honda because no one had contacted me back as of them. Heather, who was contacting me in regards to my windshield being replaced, stated that she will reach out to the supervisor, which was Mariah that was in charge of my Vehicle repair. That is when Mariah contacted me back as of 3 o’clock when I got to Fred Anderson Honda. My vehicle was not completed. No service to my vehicle. I feel as though Fred Anderson Honda did a disservice by not completing the required service that was expected to be done at 9 o’clock that morning. She could not give me a reason as to why my service was not completed. I feel my vehicle sat back there in the repair shop possibly because you guys were overwhelmed with service request. But I had an appointment and I should’ve been updated throughout the day. Not asked to have my vehicle stay overnight so that you guys could complete the service that was supposed to be completed by noon.

The service engineer was fantastic, taking great care of my vehicle. What really impressed me was the video recording they shared, which clearly explained all the work done. Superb service and great communication - highly recommend!

I had my car Serviced today 6/17/25. Ms Mariah was the first assistant service manager to approach me at my car with a welcoming smile and then ask how could she be of service to me. She took the time to explain a certain code that had come up which was my reason for coming in for service today. After my car was looked at by the mechanic discovered I needed something else taken care of other than an oil change. Mariah took the time to give me a complete breakdown of what I needed done and explained it thoroughly and I truly appreciated that very much. Mariah went above and beyond accommodating the services which needed to be done with my car. Miriah was extremely nice and very very friendly. I was there for quite awhile and she told me that they would be more than happy to have someone drive me to the mall if I did not want to wait there. Fred Anderson Honda does offer this type of service for customers who prefer not to wait there. I think this is such a nice thing to do. I want to give a a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Ms Mariah for everything she did for me today. I also want to thank Mr Cory the Service manager for taking out the time to talk with me and checking out an issue I had concerns with regarding my car. Between him and Ms Mirah they worked as a team and came up with the a resolution and resolved that issue. Thank you both so much for looking into that and hearing me out. I hope on my next visit I will see Ms Mariah. I know that I will definitely ask for her and I hope she will still be there. One thing I do want to add just a suggestion. You offer coffee but you don't have free snacks on hand nor snacks customers can buy. This would be nice for customers especially if they have a long waiting period. Having coffee is nice and you do offer a variety of flavors which is good. I would recommend Fred Anderson service department to others and most of all I will let people know to ask for Ms Mariah.
