Eric was very helpful explaining the services that were recommended. He also walked me through the recall that the dealership was taking care of on my vehicle. Great communication and made sure I knew to let him know if I needed anything during my wait.
Only Honda dealers have serviced my vehicle. This is the first and worse service.

I am very pleased, although disappointed that my tires did not last longer, but that was all explained to me. Eric was great working with.. it seems a Honda has a great team working together to satisfy customers. Eric was very respectful and went above and beyond to make sure I could keep my appointment for the day. This is the first Honda I’ve ever had and I’m happy I made the choice of ownership. The service department is excellent. Being a business woman for many years it’s important to have someone like Eric be the face of Honda service department. I’d like to say thank you also to the mechanic.

He was very thorough with making sure that everything I wanted done was indeed done. He also printed out for me a history of my Honda’s service at Fred Anderson and elsewhere. I had never known these were available. I was quite impressed with how he did his job!
