Completely satisfied with Lance and Matthew they were great. Just as a long time customer just feel like the labor prices have just gotten steeper and miss the perks that use to be available like free tire rotations if the tires were purchased there. I just wonder if the labor costs are based on the actual year of the car and actual man hours or some preset amount based on the type of job because I’m sure doing some jobs on a 25 year old car would be less labor intensive than the same type of job on a newer car. It would be nice to know if the labor charges are actually reflective of the actual labor required especially since my car is so old.
Everything was handled very professionally. Lance was very personable. Service was completed quickly.

I was told when booking that the recall would take all day and that I would need to leave my vehicle. My appointment was at 8:15, got there at 8:14 through rush hour traffic in the morning. I live an hour away! I got a call at 9:55 that my car was ready! I had not even made it home! I was also told that the technician had reviewed my car with an estimate nearing $300 on items that “needed” repair and did I want them to do the suggested repairs! That would be NO! This is no reflection on the service I received from Eric, it is Fred Anderson that I was dissatisfied with. Your policy of trying to get money for unscheduled repairs to keep your techs busy. Please do not do this again!
Alexander took great care of my car, which arrived via tow truck. He contacted me right away when the problem was diagnosed and when my car was ready.
