I received a next morning appointment. Thought I had a bad battery. I didn’t. A software download, plus a no charge recall fuel pump, new oil and filters, and wheel alignments were performed as needed. Total cost was just a little more than a new battery! Brody was my contact, he stayed in contact during the day. I have driven odysseys of severe colors since 2002; same dealership. Good Team!

I have been a Honda customer for many, many years. And the changes FA brought to the local Honda dealer are good, except when you pick up your car. Here is what happens EVERYTIME I come in. I go to the desk where my service advisor is - one of two things happens, he is either busy with another customer OR somewhere else doing something else. WHY do you not have a cashier to assist with the transaction. This is very frustrating - just ask your other customers.

I had to wait over two hours for my service appointment, the delay was due to a broken lift. I was completely understanding and it was okay because I didn’t need to be anywhere but it was inconvenient. I was appreciative of my service rep, she was very nice and did give me a discount because of the delay. While driving away my tire pressure sensor turned on so I feel like maybe not everything was checked. My husband had to check the pressure and fill the tires with air. I also thought that we still had a few free oil changes left but I think I was charged full price for this oil change.

Theodore made me feel special and he delivered extraordinary service. I was traveling to visit my father-in-law who is actively dying at the nursing home nearby and he offered a shuttle which I did not actually need my son pick me up. He was very thorough and was very friendly. He went above and beyond and should be praised for extraordinary, compassionate, kind, considerate and professional help in my time of need, I enjoyed the dumb dumb sucker which reminds me of my father-in-law. I am grateful for his extraordinary kindness to me. Please let his managers know how extraordinary he was on my experience.
