Jess was amazing. She made sure she explained to me what the issue was with my truck. She kept me updated throughout the entire process which I really appreciate that. Most places don't keep you informed. When I arrive she was extremely busy but she made time to answer all the questions I had about getting my truck serviced. Excellent. And Randy is a very calming person. But the young cashier was nice but overcharged me. I told her I sent the coupon for my synthetic oil change. The price is $89 on the coupon. Michael the service advisor had informed me the cost would be $98. The young cashier did not look for the service coupon and that was disappointing The older lady Joanna helped with this the last time I was there. Joanna showed me and the young cashier how to get this discount. I plan to call Monday morning at 7am about the error. The young cashier not knowing her job well was the disappointment today.

I wished she or the technician doing the oil change would have asked me if I wanted to 2 filters replaced while there. I was informed about it on the recommendation ticket when I checked out. Thanks
