Top tier customer service. Bypassed a closer Nissan dealership to come to this one instead. Jess was so awesome on the phone when booking my appointment and Ricardo was so knowledgeable kind, professional, and patient when explaining what was going on with my car. I will continue to drive the 20 miles out of my way in order to receive this level of service.

The inflation on the charges were ridiculous. Labor over 3000 dollars while the parts were only 600. Plus, I still have to come back for service when my speakers come in. Overall the person working with me was cool

My service was 3 hours long and it was scheduled. When I checked on the time, my car was out waiting. My car was not washed and I had to return to work.
