This is the WORST **** smith store. The wait time is simply ridiculous! You’d think setting an appointment would make you priority but for a 1:30p appointment there is no reason my car should be ready at 3:28p. TWO HOURS? For an oil change? When there’s places that advertise 5 minute oil changes. Absolutely pathetic.

Took 3 hours for oil change . Airbag light was on so I think that added to the time

Was there over four hours waiting for an oil change and had an appointment at 9:15. Everyone was great but that is ridiculous to have to wait so long when you have an appointment.

Kaitlyn Dock was extremely nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about the service that I received today. I was contemplating on even getting my car serviced with Nissan due to the rude employee that was there the day before. But I’m glad I decided to come back. I received exceptional customer service from Kaitlyn.

Lack of detailed explanation for the already frustrating situation concerning all the wrong done by **** Smith Nissan, Fernandina,who had my car from Feb 2024- October 2024 with more problems than before they laid a finger on it,now I still have no resolve,expenses beyond me
