I had a 7 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation along with a few others. I received a few txts from **** Smith but nothing stood out that said click these links. I sat there until 9 am and finally clicked on those txts links and at 7:55 am the mechanic had completed his portion and was waiting on me to decide if I wanted to replace the tire. No one, not the mechanic or Kaitlyn came to inform me of this. This was very unprofessional. I along with others were just sitting in the waiting room not knowing ours vehicles we were ready. I had another appointment at 9:30am at another establishment. I didn’t have time to wait. I told Kaitlyn to get my garage door opener out my car and I would be back to decide how I wanted to proceed. I was furious because I sat there for an hour for no reason.

The mileage check in and out were wrong causing the tech to put the wrong mileage on the sticker for me to bring my car back for services. All my settings was off.
