Customer service experience here was ridiculously unprofessional. The only people professional was the cashier and the front desk receptionist. I will never return. I’d purchase another make vehicle before I ever return to this Nissan.

Next morning I found that low tire pressure light was on
When I took my car to discount tire, they found the cracks on edge of tires.They even said that those are visible.How come the Nissan Technician didn’t see it when they are swapping out.
Now I feel like I wasted my money

Kaitlyn and the other lady did a great job with getting me in and out in a timely manner especially since I didn't have a scheduled appointment and because they were short staffed. The cashier was out and they had to not only consult with customers but also take their payments. By the time I got my laptop and work situated my vehicle was finished.
