I paid around $1900 for my car repairs One which being a new battery. The service advisors called me and said that my brake lights keeps staying on so Nissan charged me another $220 if I’m not mistaken to find out what’s going on. Found a brake switch of some sort they had to replace. Don’t know if they double check but after paying for my repairs I go to my car and it won’t start up. Battery completely dead. So I’m thinking this is a professional shop and I feel very dumb going to my car and it’s dead. So I go back inside and I can tell no one wants to deal with it. A guy in the office said just charge up the battery. Sir my battery is brand new why would we need to charge it. Go home and my brake lights will not go off. I had to disconnect the negative terminal so it won’t die. Customer service was poor and everyone looks like they ready to go home. The service manager is the best guy there but he was not there at this time. Give that man a raise, cause without him customer service is very fake. You can tell it’s not genuine, fake smiles unless you buying a car. I will be back for this to be corrected

I had an appointment on Thursday. After two hours of waiting, my vehicle was still waiting for service to begin. I rescheduled for today and the work was done in a timely fashion. I hope this doesn’t happen again as I have other things to do. Thank you.

My brother,passed away,His services was on Wednesday. I was told to have my car,at Nissan at 7:00 on Tuesday and leave it. My brothers serves was on Wednesday.I was told on Thursday my car was (fixed!) So,otw home we used the A/C. Later,I went to the store.Otw I rolled down my windows. When I got home,started to roll up my window,it would not go up.. They put a Master Windiw Switch in it..They charged me a out "ragist price"! And I paid the bill in cash!! Got home and went to roll up the Window"and it would not" go back up!! I will be bring the car back to Service" to see w my car is not working..after Service man Rick,told me it's was fixed!! 'Paid in cash!" Very upset!!! Will contact a Lawyer,if it's not fixed,and No more be gave

Customer service experience here was ridiculously unprofessional. The only people professional was the cashier and the front desk receptionist. I will never return. I’d purchase another make vehicle before I ever return to this Nissan.
