This was not her job , but I was out there alone and I turn around and she was there to answer all my questions and she even took her time to tell me the new upgrades and differences on the Armada’s ! Katrina made the entire process from start to finish an incredibly frustrating one. From the start she was continuously asking me if I had an extended warranty and who it was through. I had explained that I had purchased my car at this dealership and it should be on file. She kept telling me we will have to see if she could figure it out, if not I'd have to pay a minimum of $250 and probably more. My appointment was at 0845 and she had told me if I hadn't heard from her by 1pm to call her. Which by 1pm I hadn't heard anything and gave her a call. By that point she said she went back at noon to check with the technician and said they were at lunch and she hadn't checked back. She told me she would check with them and call back. A half hour later I finally received a call back and the conversation was incoherent. Finally after one more phone call she said she would type up my documentation and let me know when my car was ready. That call never came and I just went to the dealership to pick up my car and to my surprise it was ready.
