I had no apt the advise told me it would be 2 hrs I hrs so I told him that's fine in about an hour in have my car was ready and plus they wash it for me.great job.

I received a text from Nissan when my vehicle was ready along with an invoice asking me to pay through that link to speed up the process. I paid only to find out I owed zero dollars because of my warranty. When I went to the. He checkout window the woman sarcastically said that if I had been patient this wouldn’t have happened. I asked her if she was saying this was my fault when I received the text from them. She didnt answer. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional. When have bought our last 7 vehicles from this dealership so I dont need this
My key fob was not in the car. My wife had hers in her purse so the car started. I now have to go back to dealership to get my key fob.

Told i got oil leak but tech and advisor cant tell me where? Told to get engine steam, never heard of this all my life and I had 3 cars in my life time. Years ago the see a leak and fix it. So strange

We came in for 100k service and check engine light. Service was completed, maybe, only 6 out of 8 spark plugs were charged out. Check engine light was still on. I voiced my concerns and the service manager stepped in and rescanned the codes. Problem was identified and it will be corrected this Wednesday. I am not happy because we have purchased 6 cars since 2012 for **** Smith. I just purchased a Silverado 2500 from you guys in August.
