The customer service was very nice but as someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was confused why my tires weren’t rotated and didn’t feel that it was clearly explained to me at the time of service. I did call and speak with the service manager who explained it to me but I would ask that it’s more clear in the future just so I know everything that needs to be maintained with my car is done properly and on time.

If there is a grade lower than a F I would give to **** Smith. I have brought my car to them multiple times and it is worse than when I first brought it to them.
