Service and mechanics seemed very excited they found the problem usually some mechanics kinda don’t have a passion anymore and are just husks which is understandable but they were awesome and passionate about their work, also they found a grounding problem fast that’s usually not common, I still need to test out the car and see if the problem doesn’t come back but I believe it won’t, thank you guys again

Your service coupon offer was not clear and service member did not inform us that pricing on the coupon offer was not what we were going to pay. Was told pricing was for 4 cylinder only. My car is a 2021 Highlander hybrid. Which is 4 cylinder not 6. I was charged the more expensive price. Will not be coming back.

Marvin made the whole experience easy and pleasant. He patiently answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on how the maintenance was progressing. The work was going to take in excess of 3 hours and Marvin arranged a Lyft to transport me home and then back. When I picked up the car he showed me how to get the most out of my AC. I have had consistently good service at this location but Marvin was the best I’ve worked with.

Genaro always takes such great care of me, he is one of the reasons I continue taking my car to the Toyota of Glendora dealership for services. I live close to the Pasadena dealership but I'll keep bringing my car here.

Nothing against anyone that I dealt with today but I called to make an appointment for my service a few days ago hoping to not be waiting as long & when I arrived at my appointment time I was told there was no appointment set. I called twice a couple of days ago the 1st time I made it for 11:30 & then shortly after I called back & asked if I could change it to 10:30 & was told no problem as long as I arrived by 3:00. That didn't make sense to me because why make an appointment if you can come anytime before 3:00? Then to find out today the guy never made either of my appointments therefore I had to wait 3 hrs because my husband wasn't available to pick me up. Yes a ride was offered but then I would have had to get a ride back to the dealer once it was ready. I don't usually make appointments so for this to happen when I actually do was frustrating.
