It was the worst service I have ever had with a mechanic. I brought my car in for an oil change and two recalls. While driving home, I realized my radio/navigation screen was shorting out. The screen would go black and no buttons worked. Both Miguel and Janero were horrible. “We didn’t touch your radio ma’am. You’ll have to bring it back. Maybe it needs an update.” Our guys go home at 4 and it’s 3:30 now. They don’t have time to look at it.” There was absolutely no accountability. They were rude, dismissive, and condescending. The seat they removed also now makes a clicking sound when it moves. The “men” I dealt with were HORRIBLE, LAZY, and DISHONEST.
All personnel involved in my visit were polite and well versed in their department’s “how to’s” and that makes the visit so much nicer! Thank you!!

My service advisor, Genaro, consistently delivers exceptional service. He’s meticulous, always follows up, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He’s been my primary service advisor for nearly two decades, and he’s a significant reason why I continue to return. He deserves a raise!
I was just curious about my recommendations. I was offered a tire alignment but I just bought new tires that Glendora Toyota put on during the last service—5,000 miles ago. They should be properly aligned because you guys put the new tires on.
The mechanic during the inspection videos also did not mention that alignment was recommended.
I just want an explanation because it doesn’t make sense to me.
I didn’t like the service, first at all when I made my appointment the lady told me the service included oil change, rotation and brakes checking. And when I get there the guy told me that is not true. He charged me more which is not okey why you did not provide the correct information on the phone ?? That’s dishonest. Also the guy was a little bit rude, I didn’t like his attitude when I told him about the price the lady told me.
And lastly they or he just left my car alone with the keys on in
No one say thank you or something.
Worse service ever very disappointed.
As a customer I need better treatment.
Great attention to detail during visual evaluation and good documenting procedure helping the customer understand each remark made by the tech.
Always courteous and professional experience.
