David Millan makes going to Toyota Glendora so much easier. He takes our phone calls, if we leave a message he calls back, and he makes scheduling an appointment super easy. Once we're there, he greets us, brings up our file and makes the necessary recommendations. We're very confident he makes the right decisions for us. Our family owns multiple Toyotas and we always go through David. We feel as if he's the reason we use Glendora Toyota as opposed to other Toyota dealerships.

Marvin was great! He was very helpful by having the best customer service. I received a letter in the mail stating that I had to take my car in due to a recall service request. I usually go to a different location but since I moved, this location is much closer to where I live now. So called this dealership around 7am when they opened and Marvin answered my call and assisted me in seeing whether or not they had the parts needed to service my car. He also had to double check to see if they also had time to work my car since they were slammed. He called me back shortly after and let me know that they had the parts needed and were able to squeeze me in to service my car. It took about 2-3 hours to get done. I am very grateful for his time and patience (I forgot to leave my car keys with him so I had to come back and drop them off) in helping me with my car. He’s the best!
