Miguel Robles did not communicate well in regards to my car’s progress throughout the day. He minimized my description of the problem with my car. It was the second time he helped me with the same issue. I will make sure I do not work with him the next time I come there.
My car was kept overnight and Miguel was off the next day. He told me that I should ask for a certain person the next day. When I called the next day
that person do not know anything about me or my car’s issues.

I presented an offer from AAA for an oil change, filter change, battery test, multi point inspection, and tire rotation for $69.99. When I received the video of the vehicle, the audio quality was so poor, I couldn't understand much. After I was notified the car was ready, I was being charged approximately $95. This was eventually fixed but I also realized the tire rotation was never done.
