On February 06 took the car for service, waited close to 8 hrs. Yesterday March 19th, coolant warning light comes on dash “overheating engine” took the car for service this Friday first thing in the am. Mechanic found loose connection, waited 4 hrs. I strongly believe that this could have been prevented if you have had quality control to check the work after it gets released to the customer. It is my suggestion to avoid 12 hrs wasted waiting for the car to be service.
Rodrigo Quinteros showed excellent customer service. He was very patient with me. He's a great listener and has great communication skills. His knowledge of what I wanted from the service department was spot on! That was very refreshing for me as a female to experience. Five gold stars for that guy.

All of the recommended services originally quoted cost more than the vehicle is worth.
Also. It took four days to complete when o was originally told it would take 1 day.
It’s always great to have Service Writer David Millan handle having our AVALON HYBRID for its Preventive Maintenance Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Multipoint check-up. He also shares any defects or issues his tech’s find during their inspection that need to be either fixed or replaced in order of priority. Having this information helps plan for the expense of getting it done. Thank you David.
