I was very satisfied with tori my service advisor. I don't like the comments made by the rental guy saying I beg to differ with you saying nothing was wrong with my car. I have had my car there 3 times in the last month and a half for front end banging. My right strut has been changed 3 times in that time. I will not recommend toyota service to anyone. If I hear one sound from my front end I won't be coming to toyota I will bring my car to a different service place and have the whole front end inspected to see what work was done and what toyota said they did.

Satisfied with the work. I haven't paid for a state inspection since it was purchased. It would have been nice to know when the appointment was made that there would be a charge this time.

The service was very good. Jeff was polite and friendly. Showed me where I can do my computer work at a work space provided for customers. Loved it. His estimate of time to do the software update was very close to actual. I enjoyed my visit and service today.

Megan was very professional and very helpful! I had an appointment for two cars one was in the morning and one was in the afternoon and I worked with her for both of them and it was fantastic. I was very happy with her Service and also the service people.

I specially gave a separate number to call for pick up and waited all day for the call. When I called at 5:30 they said they called another number that was on the account. Upon returning to pick up the truck it was found unlocked and unwashed. For a $75,000 pick up I find this unacceptable service especially with the extended maintenance plan. Once I returned home I discovered that the recalls are still listed in the Toyota app so I now need to find time to call and get this taken care of. Overall, I am not very impressed in my first complimentary service experience with Handy Toyota. Feel free to call me to discuss this further. ****-****-xxxx
