Alan kept me fully informed as the service went along and handled a problem that came up very well. Completely satisfied with Alan and, with Handy as I have been for years. I tried the Dealer survey on line but they kept fighting me about sign on.

The service was thorough and great. This was my second time visiting Handy and both times the service department was running an hour late. I think if you give an appointment time, and if the customer says they are waiting, you should be more on time. I made a 1:00 appt today for a tire rotation and I don’t think anyone started on my car until at least 2:00.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I’m so very thankful that Handy puts snow tires on their rental vehicles. Although I missed my favorite car ever while it was in the shop for two weeks, this was definitely a “best case scenario” situation.
