I was very happy and comfortable in the service center. The Toyota team at handy makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. The fact that it's dog friendly is in A++++ in my opinion. If I can get service done and be able to wait with my dog then I can't ask for much more. Coffee was great people were better

I was told that my vehicle needed new windscreen wipers but they were not available when I was there. I appreciate that the inspection sticker was given anyway but I don’t appreciate having to come back from Burlington for the wipers. The service person was very helpful.

My oil was not changed at my service appt. That was the reason “I thought I was bringing it in.”…I was told no it was there for the 5000 mile service which does not include an oil change. This is something I should have know about in advance so I could have instructed to change oil anyway.
