It was great until my check engine light came on to tell me it’s time for the oil change I just received from you. How does it get turned off? I’m not paying someone to do that when it should have been reset by your technician

Tonya was fantastic. But I am a little disappointed overall with the service. I had an appointment for 930 to get my tires swapped and I was there for two hours and that includes asking to be fast tracked so I could get to a doctors appointment. I know people get busy, but two hours is a really long time to wait for a tire swap that you had an appointment for. The dealership is really nice though, and I will certainly be back for my next service.

My service advisor was great, no issues there at all. My comment is more about the general timeline of provided services at Handy Toyota. Today I came in for a tire changeover, which took more than 2 hours to complete. I have come in for the same service on other days and have only waited around an hour. The longest I have waited was more than 2.5 hours. I’m just curious why the same service takes a different amount of time during different appointments. I don’t need to be contacted, I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you for your time.
