Handy St Albans has always been top notch. I discovered this by accident after getting fed up with chittenden country car dealerships. I had given myself a day to buy a truck and after wasting a day on shelburne rd it occurred to me to try St albans. Im very happy I did. I bought a truck that same day. Service appts are something I look forward too. Staff is great, techs are absolute pros, waiting room is spacious and clean (wish there was regular milk for coffee- only complaint but I can deal.) when Williston rd opened I gave it a shot at suggestion of staff when they saw I live in Williston. The service coordinators in Williston are also awesome. With that said, there are two major weak points that should be addressed. #1.) I’m not confident the techs in Williston are anywhere near as knowledgeable as St Albans. It may be the case however that they are merely understaffed. I don’t know but it should be addressed for Williston rd to succeed. Secondly, when calling to schedule an appt, if directed to a main call center the schedulers must be trained to first ask which location you would like service at. Currently they assume st albans without asking. My intent in submitting this feedback is purely to help Handy Toyota. I am not complaining, I love Handy cars and want to see success in Williston. In the meantime.. I have no problem driving to St Albans. Thanks for all you do. -loyal customer

We have only one issue. We had the battery disconnected to clean the terminals and now the AC is not working. This may correct itself as the system computers reboot. I will let you know. Thanks

Had a scheduled appointment for a recall and dropped off the car for the day losing time from work to drop it off and to pick it up and find out that it was not done.

Well organized. Drive in and someone is right there. Paper work is completed very quickly. My questions were answered right off. The loner was ready to go. Picking up my truck was just as easy. I would recommend Handys deliver ship. ????

The mechanic did not mark my winter tires so they could be properly rotated when remounted in the fall. Also my inquiry about the truck bed leaking muddy debris was not resolved. Donovan is an excellent representative for your company, I don’t blame him for my dissatisfactions.

She was very good with her explanation. I did not ask for a multi point inspection and don't understand why they found an issue with the water pump when we have never seen a leak or seen the engine heat beyond normal.

Car was never entered into the system, I told them I bought 3 years of handy care none of them told me it expired last year without being used and then my car was an hour later than the agreed upon pick up time so 4.5 hrs for a Vt state inspection oil change and rotating tires which were all part of the handy care all the car really needed was the Vt state inspection but no one called to confirm so a service I thought was free turned into a $200+ surprise bill. I will never use your services or purchase a vehicle or extended maintenance package from Handys ever again. If this was a one time occurrence maybe but this was the third time my car was lost in your system and resulted in me being late to pick up my 11 month old. If I was the service manager I would be ashamed of how my business is run.

Victoria was very pleasant and showed me how to reset the tailgate. Typical of what I’ve come to expect at Handy’s over the past 30 years. My favorite dealership!
