I asked you to fix the AC, a known problem, you charged me $169 to do a full vehicle inspection and tried to upsell me $4k worth of services. Annoying and an expensive way to lose future customers.

Dropped car at 7:30am for oil change and assessment of rear view camera. Said I needed car done by 12:00, 12:30 at latest. I arrived at 12:25. Oil change done, diagnosis of camera not. I had another appt. Waited til 1:15 for my car. Was late to my appt. And still no info re camera.:((((
