Nancy lives in Essex Junction, and she had to get a car for you to come back home. It’s too bad she couldn’t have waited at a certain time to get the warranty work done washing is still there without having to deal with the other car, just saying

When i bought this car, I bought the car and was assured it's a great dealership. I have an appointment to change my coolant and brake fluids. I have an expectation of the work to happen on my vehicle. That's when the dealership says you have to leave your car. I can't leave my car, I drove 40 minutes to you.i love your language " the owner refuses to leave the car." Not quite the true reality going on. So I am at the dealership for 3 hrs to get a qualified technician to work on the car. I leave. After taking all that time, my time i had to drive back down to your dealership to have the mechanic finish topping off the coolant, that was done by a qualified technician. A bad experience to say the least. Another hour and half of my time. There is a big disconnect from great sales and how my car is fixed
