On our visit on August 22nd we received a multi-point inspection sheet with all green boxes checked off. I asked if this meant I could bring in the vehicle for an inspection in the future without further repairs and was told yes. Today, September 15th we came in for my inspection and an oil change and it turned out that there was a rusted brake line and it did not pass inspection. If we had known that the previous inspection was not to the level of the state inspection, we may have chosen to get the free inspection offered by Heritage Toyota. Because the repair could not be done today, we will have another 2-hour round trip to return to fix the brake line. We appreciated The offer to take a rental (though were not able to rearrange schedules to take advantage). We hope to have better luck in the future at Handy's.

I appreciated that Darren was very transparent and responsive on everything that was going on. I’ve owned my tundra for quite some time and getting my maintenance from the handy’s Toyota team is always great experience!
