Victoria was very pleasant and the cat was done in a timely manner. Before I left she pointed out that there was a recall on my car that hat would take a bunch of hours. I agreed to call back to make that appointment.

This cut down so much time and was so convienent. I normally would have to make up time at work or move things around and I was able to continue what I was doing at home. 45 min tops today which is so amaxing

Meghan was very kind and helpful. Erin? Did a great job of making me comfortable with the all electric loaner. The job was done well, the warranty company was dealt with for me, and everything went smoothly, nothing to complain about.

My 2023 has a bad engine and it happened at 62000 miles. I am waiting for a decision from handy or Toyota as to how you will proceed regarding the warranty.i have never owned a vehicle in my life that the engine failed with this problem . I have always been a ford owner this is my first Toyota and at this point I am very disappointed .i hope you do the right thing solve my problem thank you, Chris Laggis.

I thought overall, it was pretty good. Here are a couple things that I did not like. I figured I could watch some World Cup soccer in your waiting room. I could not find any buttons to change the channel on the TV and there was no remote control in the waiting room. You’re not alone, I walked over to Walmart and their station was even worse than yours. Also, I was told the service would be about 2.5 hours, it was closer to 3.5. My appointment was for 1 o’clock, my car was inside and parked by 1 o’clock, I noticed it did not enter the service area until 130 or so. Overall, I am satisfied, but the question was completely satisfied, and so I needed to be honest ****
