Everyone but very friendly and courteous. I dropped the car off and had the rest of the afternoon to run my errands. I didn’t get to pick it up until 4:30. When I picked it up Tori took me to my car. Thank you Tori , I really appreciated that. I’d recommend your service to other people. I’ll be in, in January for a state inspection. Thanks Jane C

The way she handled things when we picked up the car was great. It was the other things that happened, or should I say didn't happen, before we got there that we didn't appreciate.

I was told one price via email (I have the email) and theb a higher price after the service was complete. Megan told me that I was bound to the higher price because I agreed to it when I "signed the truck in" however when the ipad was given to me to sign I was merely told that it was for handing over the truck and there was no discussion or mention of prices and it wasnt on the ipad either. Very classy bait and switch. Get them in the door with one price and then silently have them agree (without their actual knowledge) that the price will be higher. In your attempt to scam me out of $35 you have lost a customer and I will be sure to tell anyone that will listen my experience. I feel for the customers that dont notice and that get taken for more.

My experience was very frustrating. I took a day off work (Thursday) for some simple maintenance. Brakes,oil change, and tire valve. That turned into service having my car for 3 days. First, despite my best efforts, they didn’t ensure the brakes were delivered for my appointment date. So I had to take another day off work (Friday), so they could over it in and do the service Friday. On Friday they discovered they ordered the wrong brakes. I had to leave it for a 3rd day (Saturday)so they could finally complete it. Despite writing off the oil change charge of about $80-that did not cover my time/away from work. $80 somewhat dollars off a $700 bill after 3 days of frustration seemed inconsiderate.

Donovan who checked me in was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, took the time to help me or direct me to who could help. When I picked up my car he walked me to my car to make sure I knew where it was. Smiling all the time. The other person I worked with was for the rental, he was great. Informative, efficient humorous and very kind. I had some confusion about how long the work would take and he explained the situation and helped me carry some packages out to the car. Great guy! Thank you all

My car was dropped off before work with a 930 appointment. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle at 230 my vehicle wasn't done. It then took another 45 minutes to get my tire rotation. Charges for your time are outrageous but apparently my time is free to be wasted.
