The hood was not closed when I left and realized it once I got on the highway. Everyone was very nice though.

Vehicle had to be towed back to Handy as when I arrived home oil was leaking alot. Now Im without my vehicle for a few days.

The problem I came in for was not fixed, a seat belt warning sound going off randomly. It happened 5 times on my way home from Handys. I will call service about it.

Vehicle was done and ready at 11:20 (written on the slip). Had to wait until I asked at 12:05 if it was ready...... why?? Otherwise it was fine.

Ethan was very helpful, kind and courteous. The staff there work hard to make sure every customer’s needs are met. Ethan manages a wonderful, caring staff and you can always trust there not being shady. Everything is done by the book which is why I’m a regular faithful customer.
