First time Toyota buyer, but I have owned many trucks before. Love this Taco, First time at the service center at Handys the pull in service is really slick. Friendly staff, prompt on walk around and clean waiting room with delicious coffee station. Good to see all employees having some, not sure of the brand of coffee but delicious. When service was complete I was escorted to the vehicle by an attendant and handed the keys after confirming all was to satisfaction. Bonus they vacuumed for me. Word up to all employees that made the dangerous trip into work. Thanks again.

There is a problem with the windshield washer fluid nozzles that I was told cannot be fixed. At highway speeds, washer fluid will not hit the center of the windshield. When the roads are wet and covered in road salt I can’t see out the middle half of the windshield. If Toyota cannot offer a solution, I will have to attempt to make my own modifications. This seems pretty ridiculous that I would have to come up with my own fix. It’s a safety issue that I feel Toyota should take care of.

I was happy with the advisors service overall I just never received the nacs charger as part of the service campaign. I messaged twice and no answer. Other than that everything else was good. Thank you

Donovan was so kind from the moment I pulled in. I have been to many Toyota dealerships but never Handys and this was the best experience. The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of waiting room. I felt cost was exceptionally transparent and when they found something they advised I get done, I never felt pressured to do it or spend more money. Donovan was so personable and kind. When I come back to Handys, I hope he is my service advisor!

I felt from the start that Jeff was completely interested in the vehicles needs. He also complimented me on the excellent car. I’ve been busy with th Busy with Grandchildren and was actually on my way to St Albans when he the service soon message had appeared. Was on my way to Toyota the yellow light came on!! Great!

I appreciate the thoroughness when I bring my car in. Staff are kind and helpful. I indicated I was not fully satisfied with the Service today because I was expecting to be picked up by the shuttle to go get my car soon after I was notified by the service center that it was ready. It took two hours for a car to show up.
