Wasn’t so sure if anyone could figure why it sometimes didn’t start ?? And then I wondered why all tires removed and checking underneath?? Pulled out my contract with you/Toyota and found that it’s part of the maintenance agreement. Handy did fine job before on warranty problem with brakes and then I asked to have new front done same time! Was a little confused as to why all tires were removed in photo then read in maintenance agreement that it was part of service. So while you had in shop you removed checked/inspected bottom of vehicle and probably rotated tires when put back! Great! The reason you did not do tires last fall was because you notified me that you did not have 4 of same. And I was told in past all 4 should be so Had Mark Larose do winter tires! Have no issue with Toyota and understand you were doing routine check of everything while you had it in shop. Thank You! So happy to be a Rav owner Now the car I had to drive home yesterday was an experience ? :) would never own that? Too small. :) Love My Rav. Thanks, Lucy. Lucille R

My only complaint is that they didn't clear the oil maintenance notice so I had to find how in the owners manual.

Unfortunately I made one request to have something looked at on my car during my appointment and it was not done. The glove box was stuck and I asked that they look at it to get it unstuck. It is still stuck and was not done. Weird that they were able to tell me my air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced without opening the glove box??? This is the 2nd time I’ve asked for an issue to be addressed during my appointment and it gets forgotten, same thing happened at my last appointment. This is extremely inconvenient especially with the time I took out of my day to travel to the Saint Albans location for service when Shelburne road is much closer. This is really unfortunate that this has now happened twice.

30 months into a 36 month lease I was informed during a state inspection that your vehicle needs front brake work totaling $ 600.00. Seems to me that should be covered my the owner not the leaser.????

Jeff is great! Very welcoming, responsive and is great a customer service!!! (Just a note about service techs! They keep forgetting to close the hood of my car all the way! This is the second or third time! The alarm went off on the highway, luckily my hood didn’t fly up as it was soft latched, just not shut all the way! Maybe add that to your checklist? Thank you!)
