Excellent service and friendly staff. Then I was charged a 3% fee for using my credit card. I use my credit card for most purchases and do not see any one charging a 3% penalty fee. My service history will confirm that most of my service has been performed at Ball Toyota however they could not fit me in until next week. I called Ball and confirmed they do not charge a 3% service fee. I will be going back to Ball Toyota. Even though I live in SA.

As always your service department is always hospitable and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and the wait time was short. Moses has been a great dealership to work with for many years for me and my family.

When I picked my Highlander up the seats were leaned back like someone had been napping in them. There was grease and oil all over the door handles as well as the engine bay down the side. When I mentioned it to one of the maintenance people they rolled their eyes and ignored me. Will not be back to this location.
