I didn’t realize that an oil change is every 10,000 miles that seems an awful long time in between I’ve always had oil changes every 5,000 miles no one explained this at my first visit last time I found out all of this yesterday this is my first time owning a Toyota

I have relocated out of state. Every time I come in town I call Gary to have my car looked at. I only trust Gary to be truthful and honest about my car. He is always patient and kind and gets my car in asap before I leave back out of town. I will continue my service as long as Gary is employed.

The service itself was good and the video of the inspection for nice but I saw my car pulled into the garages and then had to wait over 15 minutes to get the paperwork so I could get my car and leave. And if it had been busy I would understand but my car was the only one sitting and other cars didn’t pull in for service while I was waiting to check out.

Arrived to have oil change and noise looked at. Tried to add on tire rotation when I never asked for one and it was removed before service started. Had to wait awhile and then was asked to take a ride tech to hear the noise. Take a ride and my cars screen keeps starting and rebooting (didn’t do that before I came in). He stated it might need an update, convenient it happened the same time I came in…..Tech heard the noise and says he has a fix. Waited another 30 minutes and was told he put felt in the area and they didn’t have time to work on the screen update. Still hear the noise…. Great fix and my screen keeps rebooting and restarting like it’s having a seizure. This is very distracting while driving and can’t safely take calls or listen to music. I am very disappointed and upset with the service I received.
