There was some confusion, we asked that someone drive the 4-Runner after rotating the tires to see if there was vibration in the steering wheel. (We had this the last time the tires were rotated) Chasity forgot to have it driven. She took ownership of the mistake. We waited while she had two techs drive it. Yes, there was vibration (especially over 60 mph) We had to go back the next day for the tires to be rotated back. My husband talked to them about having this problem before when Moses said the tires were cupping, didn’t know why, but suggested we buy new tires. We purchased the tires through Moses. Didn’t think the tires lasted as long as they should have.
