Lexus roadside was amazing and very caring. I called the service center multiple times. No real care or information given. I had gotten a flat tire, no mention of roadside assistance, had to schedule an appointment for my flat tire. Called three times before someone actually told me about the roadside assistance, had a tow truck in 20 mins, taken to Moses. Very carrying representative with roadside. Called Moses service 4 times to see if my car made it. Called 6 times the next day to check on it, tried to call about a loaner no answer no call back from vm about it. Finally got ahold of Kevin who said they would look at it later in the evening. Got some text messages about my car the next day that it would be ready. I bought extra service one my Lexus for the Lexus experience, I got half **** service. No real customer service except for once.

Honestly, in today’s time it’s hard to come by individuals that truly love their job. So seeing employees taking their job to the next level is always rewarding working in quality assurance. Customer service at its finest. Sincerely, thank you for your kindess.

Do not like company policy requiring customers to order parts for service prior to work. Will be times when customer does not know what is needed.

I’m always treated.with respect and made aware of repairs needed with the choice of accepting or declining the repairs. I only wish I could have had my car picked up sooner than the 5-week waiting period. I am elderly and have serious back problems. It’s difficult to wait in the showroom. More elevated chairs are needed with arm rests.

Your service department is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. They do not ask permission to wash your vehicle. My car came back filthy after my service appointment. I have complained numerous times about how bad they was cars. They need to stop doing it if they can't do a better job. I really am so disappointed about owning a Lexus having to deal with Moses service.

I had a wonderful experience with my service. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. The service was completed quickly and the waiting area was comfortable.
