I greatly appreciate the way i was treated upon arriving at **** Smith on Garners Ferry Road. Not only was i given a time of when to expect a call telling me what was wrong with my car, that call came when they said it was done. I was given a ride home and picked up when my car was finished. The driver was exceptionally pleasant and opened the door for me. Also the car was clean.

Phenomenal Service at Ford! I had an outstanding experience with the Ford service department, thanks to Giovanni, my technician liaison. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Even though I mistakenly scheduled the wrong date, Giovanni found a way to squeeze me in and kept me informed throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and he made sure I was updated every step of the way. What stood out even more was witnessing how Giovanni handled a challenging interaction with another customer. His professionalism and calm demeanor in a frustrating situation were remarkable. It’s clear he truly understands the meaning of great customer service and how to navigate difficult circumstances with grace. Everything was satisfactory except for one complaint I had about my wheels brake squealing. I never did find out what that problem was now I’m having to take it back in next Monday on the 20th to revisit that problem.
