It took three and a half hour for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Also, I was told that my vehicle was ready 20 minutes before I was told because that person was busy on phone and then with another customer.

Tyler was awesome, he made me feel like I was at a Porsche dealership. I was updated each step, he showed me the old and new part so I could see how the changed. Great representation of Ford at the dealership level. Now the fact that I’m 5400 down on a flawed part is a different story. The support from Ford Corporate wasn’t the same.
