I arrived at **** Smith Ford for a scheduled appointment. The representative I was dealing with said it would be a 2 hour wait after my scheduled appointment. Giovanni stepped in and took care of the situation. We arranged for my Ford Ranger to be picked up from my house for the route maintenance. First and foremost, Tyler was great! I had him on my last service as well. I like the service and convenience of getting my truck serviced and will continue to do so!! My only criticism is that I don’t believe my tires were inflated during the rotation process. Perhaps that can be to the service during rotation or point inspection if not already a part of service!
Giovanni is an amazing service person. He is kind and attentive and helps in areas he is able to help and if he doesn’t know something he will find out and let me know. I appreciate his help and smile each time I come into the dealership.
