Nick was nice and helpful. However, I expected the fluids to be topped off. Every time Ive taken my F150s for an oil change at any Ford dealership, the fluids were topped off. After I noticed, I went to an auto parts store to buy fluids to refill them. The coolant level was on minimum. Also, no one asked me what kind of oil I wanted to use. The invoice says 6 XO 5w30 BSP Bulk oil. Also, 2721 CM. So Im not even sure what they put in today.
