I was told my lug nuts were too tight to remove, and would likely be broken if an attempt was made to take them off. I was then told that they would proceed with my permission and let me know as soon as they made the attempt so parts could be ordered in time for the morning delivery to complete my car. I waited 5 hours for a call back and never received one, so I called back at 5:30 for an update. India had not checked with the tech at all since our conversation, and according to her the tech made no attempt to remove my wheels, meaning we now had no time to order parts in case the lugs or hub assemblies broke. Somehow during this second conversation, India informed me removing the wheels would be no problem and they wouldn’t break anything, despite the tech not touching the wheels since our conversation earlier that day during which he refused to proceed with the car unless I approved them to potentially break parts on my wheels. India did not seem to understand what parts were utilized on my vehicle, could not explain the change in opinion since our earlier conversation, and did not offer any apology for not calling me back or for not following up with the tech to ensure he took a look at my wheels in time to order parts. Thankfully nothing was broken when he performed the work the next morning, but I was very disappointed in the experience I had, the lack of honesty and communication I received, and I definitely won’t be returning for any more work at this location.

Giovanni Bencini is the best service manager I have ever experienced since owning my first vehicle. He always returns calls within 30 minutes and communicates clearly with respect to my truck’s needs.
When it came time to pay for my repairs the cashier took my credit card and did NOT tell me that your dealership had put a new service charge on credit cards. My surcharge was $75 I could have used a debit card or written a check.
I cannot believe any dealership would treat a customer this way. I am very disappointed with your policy.
