Today after getting my oil changed I noticed a my transmission jerk pretty hard indicating your possibility it may have a problem. I called Tyler, sales Tech, who would actually help me earlier. I thought Tyler that it possibly have some transmission issues and I would like to get it checked out. Tyler inform me that they have one person who works on all of the transmission issues in the entire **** Smith Ford dealership and that gentleman is 3 months behind. Then I advise Tyler to make a notation of the issue that I'm having and to make sure that you put me on a list before I can schedule a check out of my vehicle. Tell inform me that I'll have to leave my vehicle at the dealership for 3 months in order for them to check it out. And stated that was the only way that I could get on the list and he would not give me a loaner car during that time period. Tyler also indicated to me that my mileage is now 60,400, which puts me 400 miles out of the warranty. Although I left a message with Tyler over month ago mentioning this very issue. I bought two brand new cars from this dealership within a 5-year I would expect to be treated better.

Giovanni was absolutely awesome. Came in for what I thought was a simple oil change turned out to be much more. Rear brake line was leaking fluid and I needed to get on the highway Friday. Giovanni scheduled me an uber to get home, ordered the required parts to be in next day, and had them installed all before 1200. Can’t say how grateful and thankful I was when he called and told me it was done. And he washed the brake fluid off my rims so they wouldn’t damage. If Gio leaves **** Smith Ford in SC, I will also leave and find another dealership. Thanks Gio for the great work, service, and professionalism.
