Additionally, I would like confirmation on which items are true safety concerns requiring immediate attention versus preventive or maintenance-based recommendations.
Please provide brake pad measurements in millimeters and the battery load test results so I can make an informed decision.

The service was completed in a timely manner. Staff conversation via phone was friendly. However when we arrived for p/I of vehicle those present were not pleasant. We had to ask for directions at least three times ????

My feedback about the manufacturer will not be kind. I feel like Ford doesn't give a crap about the customer once the vehicle is a couple of years old.
