Mat did a great job with assisting me on the repair on my truck. He kept me in the loop and even went out of his way to get Ford to help with the repair cost. He is the type of person I'm sure everyone hopes to have helping them with the service on their vehicle. 5 stars for Mat!
Mr Davenport was very helpful. He provided me maintenance needs, prices, and options. He made me aware of the battery charge status and tire wear which keeps me safe. He was detailed in his explanation and did not make me feel pressured to make decisions. Mr. Davenport provided me with printed tire pricing for reference for me to use in the near future.
