My recent experience at Selma Nissan was mixed. Unfortunately, my experience with Bryan was not good. He stopped communicating with me entirely — no responses to emails, or updates about my car — and I had to reach out multiple times with no response. My vehicle ended up sitting there for almost two weeks without any communication from him, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
However, once I spoke with Mike and the General Manager, Rene, things improved immediately. Mike went above and beyond to keep me informed and made sure I finally got the updates I needed. His professionalism and communication were outstanding, and he turned the whole experience around for me. Because of Mike, I would return to Selma Nissan in the future.
Overall, Bryan needs to improve his communication and professionalism, but Mike and Rene provided excellent service once they got involved.
Quickly taken in and completed in a timely manner. Advisors were professional. Waiting room clean and well-equipped.

Rico and the team took time and explained quite a bit on the technology inside my car worked. Something I did not get from the salesperson, not at your store at hanford hyundai. They made me laugh.
