Brought my vehicle in at 7:45 with an appointment and it took over 2 hrs just to get into the bay. After getting the car back I noticed the tires were not rotated as requested. I was compensated slightly fo the long wait. I typically get a shuttle home and called no sooner than I get there that car is done. Today it was a polar opposite experience.

I highly recommend the service department at Selma Nissan! Nissan has always been good to us from the service department to sales. This is why we continue to buy cars from them. Ishmael, Mike and everyone working in the service dept was extremely customer oriented.
Every time they've washed my car, it's always come out dirty. In short, they don't do a good job.

I didn’t even get my car serviced. They told me the amount to do just the diagnostic test and I was flabbergasted on the amount just to do that. So I said no way! I already knew what the problem was. The test cost is insane! No thank you.

Mr.Verdugo was not supposed to be my advisor. With that said, my experience with him was the worst as he was not transparent about what I was being charged. He simply said, "Do you want to go forward or not?" When I asked for specifics, he said it again. I chose to go forward anyway, but I remarked that I wasn't pleased with the cost. I then went to the service manager's office several times, but he was never around. In the end, it was concluded 2 hours later that the facility did not have the tools to do the work, so I told Verdugo that he ruined my experience. I asked to speak to Mike, the service manager, but he was not available for any of the time I was there. Finally, I collected my vehicle and left. I will never come back here again.
