Mr.Verdugo was not supposed to be my advisor. With that said, my experience with him was the worst as he was not transparent about what I was being charged. He simply said, "Do you want to go forward or not?" When I asked for specifics, he said it again. I chose to go forward anyway, but I remarked that I wasn't pleased with the cost. I then went to the service manager's office several times, but he was never around. In the end, it was concluded 2 hours later that the facility did not have the tools to do the work, so I told Verdugo that he ruined my experience. I asked to speak to Mike, the service manager, but he was not available for any of the time I was there. Finally, I collected my vehicle and left. I will never come back here again.

I will like to highly thank Ismael Chavez for servicing my vehicle from beginning to end. Ismael was professional, communicative to the progress of my vehicle service, and delivered great customer service. Ismael and Selma Nissan service department treated me with respect and made my experience meaningful. I also received the courtesy of my vehicle receiving a car wash. I much appreciate it Ismael. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and I chose that early an appointment because I wanted my car back as soon as I could get it. I did need to leave and go to the Senior Center but I was promised that it should be done by noon. I was not able to pick it up till almost 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I think that they waited to start my car because I wasn’t there and pushed somebody ahead of me that was there. Just because I was not there didn’t mean that they were to take and push me to the side and take somebody else. They were supposed to call me and let me know that it was ready. Normally, I sit and wait for my vehicle and I get in and out pretty fast but when I told them I wanted my car back because I had things to do I didn’t mean for them to push me till later in the afternoon so that by then it was too late to get anything accomplished that I needed to get done on that day. So no, I am not happy with the experience I got from the dealership. I have been a customer of yours for many years and we did buy this Nissan from you during Covid. I had a Nissan before this that I had bought when I was living in Fresno so it came from Fresno Nissan. But I had it serviced in Selma once I moved out of Fresno. If I were to give you a star between one and five and five being the best experience you’d get about a 2 1/2. I was happy that the car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up, but I think that was done just because I got upset and called and said where is my car and you guys knew that I was not happy! Used to be back in the day that every time you went to the dealership before you got your car back, it was always washed and cleaned out so that wasn’t a nice added touch that you did this time but that doesn’t take the the frustration out of me when the car was not done much earlier when it should have been. I really think that if I had sat and waited for it, it would’ve been done before noon or right around noon.
